who i am

I am passionate about helping people reach their goals. For over thirty years, my goal has been to help children, adolescents, adults, and families to overcome stress, anxiety, depression and other obstacles to find joy and success in their own lives. Why? Because working with families and individuals to achieve their life goals is my goal in life! I find great satisfaction in supporting my clients through their tough times, in helping them think through issues, and in resolving emotional and behavioral problems.

What I Do

Life Coaching

Life Coaching helps individuals develop goals to reach success in their lives. First, we identify what’s holding you back - anxiety, depression, executive function issues, social anxiety, healthy communication, family issues. Then we can develop plans, strategies, and skills to address those issues and move you forward.

I work 1:1 with tweens, teens and young adults and their parents.

I also specialize in working with youth and adults with Nonverbal Learning Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

New book!

The Parenting Compass: Why Smart Teens Struggle

The Parenting Compass: Why Smart Teens Struggle grew out of my own family's journey and the privilege of walking alongside thousands of families raising twice-exceptional (2e) teens and young adults over the past four decades. This book is about what comes after the diagnosis—helping you understand your teen's unique strengths, recognize the skills they may need to develop, and confidently support their growth with practical, evidence-based strategies. My hope is that every chapter leaves you feeling encouraged, equipped, and reminded that lasting change happens when connection comes first, structure follows, and both work together to help your teen thrive.
