I am passionate about helping people reach their goals. For over thirty years, my goal has been to help children, adolescents, adults, and families to overcome stress, anxiety, depression and other obstacles to find joy and success in their own lives. Why? Because working with families and individuals to achieve their life goals is my goal in life! I find great satisfaction in supporting my clients through their tough times, in helping them think through issues, and in resolving emotional and behavioral problems.
Life Coaching helps individuals develop goals to reach success in their lives. First, we identify what’s holding you back - anxiety, depression, executive function issues, social anxiety, healthy communication, family issues. Then we can develop plans, strategies, and skills to address those issues and move you forward.
I work 1:1 with tweens, teens and young adults and their parents.
I also specialize in working with youth and adults with Nonverbal Learning Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Social skills groups, based on the curriculum developed by Michelle Garcia Winner, will address core social skills at developmentally appropriate levels for preschoolers, elementary age, and middle school age students on the autism spectrum, with ADHD, and Nonverbal Learning Disability.
Groups are not being offered for 2024, but 1:1 coaching is available upon request.
